I recently made a video and posted about making beef shish kebabs.  The traditional way of making kebabs is by threading the pieces onto skewers of some sort, usually bamboo or metal.  That works pretty well.  But if you want an even easier way to do it, check out these kebab baskets:

All you do it open up the top, add the pieces for your kebabs, close and lock the lid and then put these on the grill.  No worries about anything falling through and it's easy to turn everything at once.   Super easy!
