BBQ Sauce – How to Tell the Difference between BBQ Sauces!

It's been interesting to me to see how different parts of the country do bbq! In some places, they don't believe in any sauce and flavor the meat with a rub only. For those areas that believe in doing bbq with sauce, there are a bunch of different kinds. This video tells you all about different sauces. And it's a fun video to boot!

    Yes – very entertaining! I know it’s not the south…..but how do they leave out KC BBQ? Missouri does a fine job of barbecuing as well!

    1. True, true! I suppose that the South thinks of themselves a little bit different from the rest of the country?
