Barbecue Dry Rub

1/4 cup ground paprika
1/4 cup coriander seed, toasted and crushed
1/4 cup cumin seed, toasted and crushed
1/4 cup light-brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Combine the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Generously coat the meat with the rub before cooking.
