The Magic...
To help keep the corn from burning, rinse the corn under water to give it some moisture before you wrap it in the foilClick here for more magic!
I love grilling corn on the cob in the summer. There's something about cooking corn on the cob on the grill that gives it a great flavor. There are several ways to grill corn on the cob, but one of the easiest and one of my favorites uses aluminum foil. If you haven't tried grilling corn on the cob, try it next time you grill. It will go great with just about anything you are cooking on the grill and you'll be surprised at the great flavor it has. To see how to grill corn on the cob with aluminum foil, see the video below:

Great! That does help a lot, doesn’t it? I also found that putting a couple of ice cubes in foil dinners helps those as well. The ice cubes melt and turn to steam, and are much easier to put in than trying to put some water into the foil packs.
High, Med, or Low heat for 10minutes(5 min on each side) before moving in on the top rack?
You did mention low heat after you move it to the top rack.

Matt, it really does depend on your particular grill. I can do this with pretty high heat on my grill–that may not work for you if your grill runs hotter than mine. I’d suggest taking an ear or two of corn and experiment with what temperature works best for you.
